Community Guidelines
One shared standard so the network stays useful and safe for everyone.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, disability or immigration status.
Be accurate
Don't post false information about people, businesses, health, immigration or legal matters. Reviews must describe a real experience.
No scams or fraud
No advance-fee schemes, fake job offers, pyramid schemes, or requests to wire money. Suspected fraud is removed and may be reported.
Marketplace rules
No weapons, drugs, prescription medicine, counterfeit goods, live animals, or recalled items. Describe condition honestly and meet in public.
Business listings
Only list a business you own or are authorised to represent. Claim requests are reviewed. Duplicate listings are merged or removed.
Advertising
Paid placements are always labelled “Sponsored” and never change ratings, reviews or search relevance.
Moderation and enforcement
Reported content is reviewed by moderators. Depending on severity we may hide content, warn an account, suspend posting rights, or remove an account. All moderation actions are logged.
